Radiant Futur
Radiant Futur was created Jan Yaremenko - a music producer from Cherkasy. Accompanied by his ever-present analog setup, this young talent has already been noticed by Ukraine’s leading venues. In the past few years, Radiant Futur made it to the stage of the famously infamous rave Cxema, the country’s main electronic music festival Brave! Factory, and numerous nightclubs around Ukraine, including Kharkiv’s Kultura Zvuka. Simultaneously, Radiant Futur began releasing music online. However, much of his material is still unreleased and is left to be appreciated solely at his live performances.
A musician “by trade”, Jan graduated from a conventional music school. Despite a broad knowledge of classical instruments, his road to electronic music took a bumpy ride that included rock band gigs and metal-headed teenage years.
“I couldn’t find the music I wanted to listen to,” says Jan, revealing the rationale behind Radiant Futur’s creative output. It’s precisely this approach of “music on my own terms” that resulted in the project’s unique sound palette. Drawing from electro, ambient, techno, industrial, post- and progressive-rock, Radiant Futur alludes to a multitude of musical styles, constantly rearticulating his sound in depth, breadth, and intricacy.
